Assembly：
We can supply individual components or complex assemblies that are put together in house either at press side or in our separate dedicated product assembly area. It all depends on the characteristics of any given product and we are careful not to apply a "one size fits all" approach.
Assembly can be carried out by hand or by using dedicated special purpose machinery, It all depends on the application, volume and complexity. Here we are talking about mechanical assembly, electronical and electronic, plus functional testing and sonic welding.
We always outline the various options with you at the concept phase of a product so that the most suitable manufacturing method can be decided upon, a decision that can often lead to an improved and more “in context” product design right from the start
