Tee Joint & P-Trap Mold Making and Injection Molding Production

Tee joint and elbow widely used in the liquid piping, air piping and medical equipment industry, It involves many different shapes, dimensions, and structures.

For ordinary tee joint, the structure is very simple, but for different countries and markets, the corresponding sizes and access methods are different.

However, in consideration of the problem of liquid and smell return, a more complex structure is completed on the basis of a set of molds, which still requires sufficient experience in design and production.

In our nearly five years of development, we have summed up more than 80 kinds of tee and pipe fitting product mold development experience.

Like the American standard ABS and PVC waste pipe, it involves the manufacture of ABS/PVC tee molds and tee injection molding of various sizes such as 1 inch, 1.5 inch, 2 inch, and 3 inch. We also have some manufacturing experience for PPR tee mold for our South Africa client(In order to help customers save mold development costs, on the basis of three sets of molds, we realized the production of 12 tee parts by replacing mold core and inserts). The most challenging thing is the three-way mold manufacturing and product production of small-sized medical equipment and automatic spraying system.
